2017 Award for Excellence in Planning & Design – Metz Engineers as part of a team is proud to announce receipt and recognition of Montgomery Award for Excellence in Planning & Design for 2017. The award was for Innovative planning, environmentally sensitive design of the Crossways Bridge & Trail located in Lower Gwynedd & Whitpain Townships. The multiuse trail, which connects people and nature is a critical link to the County regional trail system connecting Lower Gwynedd’s Penllyn Woods Park, the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association’s Crossways Preserve and the Montgomery County Community College to Montgomery County’s Green Ribbon Trail.
