- Jeffrey A. Wert, P.E., P.L.S., Principal, Member of CAI, in conjunction with Carl Weiner, Esq., CAI, presented a seminar on September 16, 2014 to the Montgomery County Planning Commission on the Engineering Perspective of Common Ownership Interest Communities (Homeowner Associations and Condominiums). The seminar focused on the types of communities, problems facing today’s communities, transition (dedication) and how to interface with associations.
