- At a luncheon held on October 29, 2014, Jeffrey A. Wert, P.E., P.L.S., Principal, Member of CAI, in conjunction with Carl Weiner, Esq., CAI, presented a seminar on “Municipalities and Common Ownership Interest Communities”. The seminar focused on the fundamentals of ownership, turnover of control, municipal/association interaction and enforcement issues.

Wert, P.E., P.L.S., Principal, Member of CAI, in conjunction with Carl Weiner, Esq., CAI, presented a seminar on September 16, 2014 to the Montgomery County Planning Commission on the Engineering Perspective of Common Ownership Interest Communities (Homeowner Associations and Condominiums). Stormwater Infiltration Basins’ & Riparian Corridor Project
Metz Engineers was a key member of the design team for the successful completion of a water quality and stormwater management project for the Wissahickon Creek Park located in Lansdale Borough, Montgomery County. Project objectives included: Improve water quality of stormwater runoff before it discharges into the Wissahickon Creek, establish a riparian buffer corridor along the creek, and provides park enhancements to benefit public use.
